What To Expect

• ​We jointly will set a date/time for your party and deposit.
• Deposit will be one-half of total price of party and must be paid in check or cash 2 weeks before your event to lock in your date and time.
• You will need to download the Contract, sign and send with your deposit. Also read The Safety Rules and please consider them when you are making your guest list to avoid any misunderstandings or unpleasantries.
• We will determine what theme you would like the pony(ies) to be dressed in.

• We will determine the size of the pony for your party depending on the weight of your heaviest guests. Please be as exact as possible on this so no child is turned away because of weight stipulations. I am very strict on the weight limit as my ponies could be hurt by too heavy of a rider. There is no price difference between the small pony and the large one, but if you want both ponies at the party there will be an additional fee.

• We will determine the number of ponies you will require based on the number of guests you have. Pony rides will be five minutes per ride. Please keep this in mind when making your guest list so I can give every child one ride. If time permits, seconds are encouraged!  

• We will determine how and where the set-up for your party will be located. I don't travel more than 50 minutes outside of my homebase in Wendell Some HOA may not allow this type of party or the Party Trailer to be parked in your community. Receiving permission to host event in the designated area is the responsibility of host. Any fees required for hosting in designated area are the responsibility of the host. Any fine incurred for not obtaining required permission is the obligation of host. The area of the event must be free of debris and objects which could interfere with the safety of the pony(ies) walking around and the set-up area for the Petting Corral. There must not be any holes in the ground as my pony could step in it and injure his leg and injure the rider. My pony loves his dog, but may be nervous around dogs he doesn’t know, so any dogs must be locked away from sight.
• We will discuss an inclement weather plan for you. I have a three-sided, waterproof shelter with roof for the Petting Corral. 
• Two days before your event I will be in contact to address any last-minute questions or accommodations you may have or require. I believe good and prompt communication is key to doing good business! Please contact me at any time with questions you may have.
• Day of event, we arrive 20 minutes before your party begins. Our set-up will consist of a three-sided and covered tent, plus corral with a gate to contain small animals. The tent can also be used by guests to shelter them from sun or rain. The pony will be hand lead in your designated place. For warm days, we will also need access to an electrical outlet for our fan. When we arrive, please be available to direct us for the area of set-up. 
• I may have another event scheduled after your event, so keeping everything on time is absolutely necessary.
• I will need ample room blocked off to easily park and unload/load a SUV and Horse Trailer.
• After setup, I will ask all guests to gather around for The Safety Rules and Expectations discussion. I take the safety of you, your guests and my animals very seriously, so it is very important that all guests participate in this discussion. You and your guests' satisfaction is of the highest priority and going over The Safety Rules and Expectations is the best way to avoid any disappointments or misunderstanding. The Safety Rules will also be posted and easy to read to keep things moving smoothly. This will be the time for parents to sign the Waiver form and The Safety Rules form. If a guardian is not able to be present, please have the parent or guardian download the Waiver and The Safety Rules for them to sign and bring with attending guest. I will not be able to accommodate any guest who has not signed the Waiver and The Safety Rules forms.
• When time is nearing to stop giving rides, I will make an announcement for how many rides are left to be given so no guests are disappointed. We can then take a few minutes to take pictures and say Goodbye. 
• Final payment must be made after pictures. Please be prompt, If we are delayed in our scheduled departure time due to nonpayment, $25 will be added to payment per every 15 minutes as per your contract with Party Pony & Friends, LLC. If we do not have another event scheduled and our animals are not tired or stressed, I would be happy to add extra time to your event. Extra time added must be paid at the time of negotiation. 

• Any droppings made by the animals are my responsibility and will be removed during event and completely removed after event. However, these dropping are a super, natural fertilizer and if you would like to keep them, please provide a bucket before cleanup time.

• Any damages or injuries incurred to animals, staff, or equipment due to lack of guest supervision will be the obligation of the host, per your contract with Party Pony & Friends, LLC. Please keep this in mind when making your guest list. If I perceive any unsafe or illegal activity, I will immediately pack up and leave and the deposit will be forfeited.
  

Cancellation

You may cancel for weather, up to 24 hours before your event with no cost to you. If a date is available, we can explore rescheduling your event. 

RESCHEDULING is only permitted due to inclement weather or based on case-by-case incident. Rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied for any reason except inclement weather. All other cancellations will forfeit paid deposit.

$400.00 for​ 2 hours with 1 pony, 3+ rabbits, 3+ chickens (petting corral).

$600.00 for 2 hours with 2 ponies, 3+ rabbits, 3+ chickens (petting corral)

$75.00 for onsite photo shoot - 1 hour with 1 pony (customer brings photographer) 

Prices are non-negotiable.
